Beading Needles

by K

Love your website.
Very informative.

Would you suggest #10 or #12 needle for beading a 4 mm bead?

About beading needles and 4 mm beads
by: Anne Cecilie

Hi K,
Thank you for your kind words about my site :)
You can use a #12 needle for a 4mm bead. It will pass without problem, even if you go through the bead several times. I use #12 for all my bead work, and it works just fine.

The beading needles bend during use, and when used a lot they even break, so make sure you have plenty of them.
I use John James needles, and am content with them. You get 25 needles in one pack.
Good luck with your projects!
Send me a note if there are anything else I can do for you :)

All the best!
Anne Cecilie
